Our philosophy is adapted from software development. Rather than working in one direction too long before we realise that it is the wrong direction we believe in working in short sprints and with several iterations. Our process is collaborative and we will come back to you repeatedly, especially at the beginning of a recruitment process, to ensure that we are on the right path. We are great fans of Slack and if you use Slack we will set up a shared Channel for easy communication. If you prefer Hangouts or something else we will adapt of course. We might even be talked into using email.

Part of our stack is video interviewing and video engagement of talents. From Kold+Partners you will never receive a CV by mail. All candidates are presented to you on your own microsite in our video interviewing portal with a short video introduction of the candidates. You will experience how much richer that experience is compared to a PDF, and all your GDPR worries will be gone all at once.
