Our process is designed to be as effective as possible and we will help you define and identify the talent profile in collaboration with you or your hiring manager. We strive to understand your situation and hiring needs as well as your company culture and team profile in order to identify the most relevant talent for the job.

Based on our interview with the hiring manager we will create a requirement brief and job description. We will not progress before we are completely confident that we understand you and the person you need.


We identify and engage the tech talent that fits your requirements. Our search is based on continuous networking, market mapping, sourcing, SoMe marketing and development of our talent pools. Our intelligent search and engagement tools are state of the art and our consultants are receiving continuous training.

You can rest assured that we leave no stone unturned and deliver the best talent available. We screen the talent pool and engage with relevant profiles in order to produce a shortlist of the best talents.


You will receive the shortlist with the best talents in our video interview portal. Every candidate will be presented with a short video introduction. At this stage, you will have a good understanding of not only the hard skills in the CV but also what kinds of persons you are evaluating.

We manage the entire recruitment process for you. From organising and conducting interviews all the way to test, reference check, offer, ​and onboarding. You are a resource and decision maker in the process and will not have to spend any unnecessary time on coordination or other tasks.

For non-local hires, we can deliver as much support as you wish on the relocation and VISA process. This includes job search for an accompanying spouse.


Retention is key! You will experience our support at the beginning of the employment where we check in with your new hire to ensure that both performance and well-being is good.
